How to use

• Removable filter and anti-blocking design: Before using the instrument, you must put the filter cotton into the filter plug, and then put the filter plug into the suction hole of the instrument. The function is to effectively block the essential oil from directly entering the inside of the instrument and effectively extend the life of the instrument. (Please change the filter cotton regularly, the filter cotton can be reused after cleaning and air drying)
• Gua Sha operation method: 　 First choose the essential oil/massage oil that you usually use, apply it to the scraping position, and then place the product on the oil/massage oil position to repeat the scraping sequence. Gua Sha is mainly concentrated on the back of the shoulder and neck, where there are muscles and bones. (The box is equipped with a filter cotton to replace the essential oil at the bottom)

4. Lower limbs: scrape from top to bottom

7. Upper limbs: scrape from top to bottom

Note for scraping:

• Gua Sha is not allowed on the arteries and veins, skull and genitals on both sides of the neck.
• The following people should pay special attention to the taboo of Gua Sha:
• Do not scrape the belly, waist and sacrum of pregnant women
• Skin ulcers, injuries, inflammations, sores or tumors should not be scraped
• People who bleed easily, have poor blood clotting ability, and are not suitable for Gua Sha
• People with heart disease, kidney failure, liver cirrhosis, and severe swelling of the whole body should not be scraped
• People who are taking aspirin and other anticoagulants are not suitable for Gua Sha
• After use, dark red, red, purple-red spots or patches may appear, some will be darker in color, and the amount of "Sha" depends on personal physique.
