Shipping fee
It will be automatic calculated by the region and product weight. It will be shown on the payment page. Due to the exchange rate fluctuations, customer may need to pay extra shipping cost for overseas orders. Besides, customer need to address customs or tax issue. (Free delivery promotion is not applicable to overseas shipping services)

Shipping to Mainland
Free delivery for orders amount over $500. If the order amount is less than $500, $28 shipping fee will be charged for first 1KG, and $12 shipping fee will be charged for each additional 1KG.

Shipping to Macau
Starting from 1 Nov 2024, free delivery for orders amount over $500. If the order amount is less than $500, $20 shipping fee will be charged for first 1KG, $10 shipping fee will be charged for each additional 1KG of 2nd - 5th KG, and $20 shipping fee will be charged for each additional 1KG starting from 6th KG.

Payment methods
Yoho supports a multiple of payment method, including credit card and Alipay.

After-Sale service
There is 7-day free replacement guarantee for manufacturer defective. Distributor offers 1-year Hong Kong local warranty service.

Tariff
Some country charges tariff for imports, the amount would be paid by the customers.

Shipping time
For Macau orders: If customers placed the order before 12:00pm and there is enough stock in the warehouse, system will generally ship it to logistic partners in the same day. (Except Sunday or Public Holiday)
For overseas orders: The shipping time is an additional 3 working days from the working days listed on the product page.
