Purchase & Redemption Method

• Step 1: Customers check out through the Yoho platform. (Add to cart > Pick up at store > Pick up at Kwun Tong shop > Payment > Done)
• Step 2: DR REBORN will call customers at the office within the next 1 to 2 working days to make an appointment. Customers can also call the merchant 1 working day after order placement to make an appointment (WhatsApp：6743 0862).
• Step 3: Customers will receive a confirmation SMS of their booking by email.
• Step 4: Customers arrive at the shop and show the confirmation SMS and purchase receipt for service redemption. 

*Customers are required to provide the correct mobile phone number to facilitate contact with the merchant.
