YOHO was established in 2013 and we are a pioneer of Hong Kong e-commerce service. With our online-merge-offline (OMO) model, we strive to become a household name well-recognised for offering a wide range of quality products at affordable prices under the motto “you name it, we've got it (就係友和, 乜都有喎!)”
YOHO takes the leading role in Hong Kong online shopping development. At this moment, we have over 880,000 registered members.

Since day one, we advocate that Hong Kong online shopping should adopt the OMO practice. This echoes with emerging idea of 'New Retail' perfectly. In 2024, YOHO AI Assistants debut to shape the future of retail, bringing customers a brand new AI shopping experience.
At the moment, we have over 23,000 listed products. They are mainly electronics products with some other related items.
We do not have expensive rent and every penny saved is reflected on the product pricing. This is our core value to offer products at accessible price.
Yoho works with courier partner to provide home delivery service. Customers can also choose locker pick-up service at over 2,000 pick up points, or customers may self pick up at our flagship store.
Our Kwun Tong store is adjacent to Kwun Tong MTR station and multiple bus stops with excellent transport accessibility, covering approximately 10,000 sq ft area. The store has five thematic areas and offers innovative technology products, striving to provide enjoyable shopping experiences to customers.
