Orders placed before 11am can enjoy the same-day delivery!

(General delivery time in commercial areas: 2PM - 6PM; general delivery time in residential areas: 2PM - 9PM.)

We also offer same-day pick-up at Japan Home for orders placed before 10:30am. There are 30 Japan Home stores to choose from!

(Generally available for pick up between 6PM - 7PM.)

For orders placed before 11am, you can choose same-day pick-up at SF Express Station/SF Smart Locker/SF Express Service Center.

(Generally available for pick up between 3PM - 6PM.)

[For urgent orders] If the item is in stock at the store, you can place order online and pick up at the designated store within an hour!

Don't worry if the store is out of stock!

If the store does not have the product in stock but the warehouse does, we can also arrange warehouse transfer  for orders placed before 12PM, then you can pick it up at the designated store after 4PM on the same day.

Flash Delivery is also available for large appliances! 

For television purchases, orders successfully placed before 4:00 PM can be scheduled for delivery as early as the next business day.

For other large appliances, such as washing machines or refrigerators, orders successfully placed before noon can be scheduled for delivery as early as the next business day.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Same-day delivery, SF Express, Japan Home Store pickup service are only available from Monday to Saturday.
2. The 4-hour same-day order-to-store pickup service is available from Monday to Saturday only.
3. Same-day delivery, Japan Home Store pickup, SF Express pickup, and order-to-store pickup services apply only to single in-stock items (small to medium-sized products). If an order includes multiple items, it may affect the total size and weight of the package, which could impact delivery time. Pre-order items may also delay the estimated shipping time.
4. Once an order for in-store pickup has been confirmed, the selected pickup service, store, or pickup point cannot be changed, as this may affect the final pickup time.
5. When an in-store pickup order is ready, the system will send an email notification. Customers can collect their items at the designated store by presenting the email.
6. Delivery and same-day SF Express pickup services are limited to major commercial and residential areas in Hong Kong. Remote areas, such as outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, etc.), Ma Wan, Lantau Island, and restricted areas like the airport, are not covered.
7. Next-day delivery for large appliances only applies to in-stock items (large products). If the order includes pre-order items, it may affect the estimated shipping time.
8. The Flash Delivery service is an additional free benefit provided exclusively for our members. Our team aims to achieve a 99.9% success rate; however, actual delivery arrangements are subject to the daily order volume, agreed delivery time between the delivery team and the customer, email notifications, or pick-up notification message arrangements from logistics partners. The delivery may still be impacted by traffic, location, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds or compensation will not be provided in the event of delays or rescheduling.
9. This service standard does not apply to orders sold by third-party merchants on the platform.
10. YOHO reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the service without prior notice.
11. In case of any disputes, YOHO reserves the right to make the final decision.
