From the effective date within the warranty period, when the device screen of the mobile phone/ designated wearable device and/ or its LCD display and/ or its back is damaged due to an accident, you can be paid for the repair or replacement of the screen and/ or its LCD display and/ or its back once. The customer must provide the original repair invoice issued by the original manufacturer and/or its authorized repair centre approved by YOHO to get paid. The payment is capped at HK$1,500 and the base fee is HK$200 every time.

Only limited to the payment for the device screen and/ or its LCD display and/ or the back of the mobile phone/ designated wearable device due to accidental damage. Otherwise, any repair or refurbishment of the mobile phone or its parts will not be paid. If the original mobile phone manufacturer and/or its authorized repair centre only provide mobile phone replacement as the only repair option, the company may exercise its discretion to provide 70% of the total cost of the, and the payment percentage may be updated over time. YOHO reserves the right of final decision on payment.

To be paid for this service, the customer must agree to abide by the terms listed below: All repairs or replacements must be processed by the original manufacturer and/or its authorized repair centre approved by; the original repair invoice must include but not limited to the lMEl number of the guaranteed device, the device model, the repair date, and the repair cost of the screen/ electronic parts. During the warranty period, customers can be paid only once.

YOHO reserves the right of final decision on this offer and can change the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.
