Instructions

1. Insert the sterile cotton swab into the nasal cavity, the tip of the cotton swab should be inserted 2 cm; hold the cotton inside the nasal cavity and turn at least 5 circles. Using the same swab, repeat the same process for the other nasal cavity to ensure a sufficient number of samples are collected.
2. Put the swab specimen into the extraction tube, rotate the swab for about 10 seconds, and press the swab head against the tube wall 3 times to release the antigen in the swab. Press the nozzle firmly onto the riser tube.
3. Holding the extraction tube vertically, add two drops of the test reagent sample to the well of the detection device (S) and start timing.
4. Read the result within 15 minutes and within 30 minutes, otherwise the result will be invalid.
