Warranty Info

Guarantees 1-year warranty service to warranty-covered products commences from the date of purchase. If a defect arises in the warranty period determined as non-man-made damage, Rakuten Kobo will replace the device with a good condition product in the same model. No repair or maintenance will be provided.

Within 7 days of purchase: The customer should contact Yoho Hong Kong about the issue with receipts, Serial Number (S/N, applicable to eReaders), all accessories, and original packing. The device will be replaced by a good condition product in the same model after being determined to exchange.

After 7 days and within 1 year of purchase: The customer should contact customer service from Rakuten Kobo (https://help.kobo.com/hc/zh-tw/requests/new). After determination, distributors inform the customer of the exchange arrangements.
