5.为确保送货流程畅顺，所有送货会在前一个工作天或当天联络客人，并只会与客人确认后才会安排送货，敬请客人留意陌生电话。
6. 客人需确保购买之电器能够搬进出客人要求摆放的位置，如有需要拆门，客人需自行拆除。
7. 保养服务不适用于边境禁区及寄船， 客人须自行承担一切风险，如有任何损坏一律不可退换货品。
8. 所有产品如有任何送货问题(例:电梯、入屋或摆放位置不合)，送货员不会拆盒并即收回货品及有机会支付送机退机费用。如已拆盒，一律不作退/换货。
9. 如需要更改送货地址或送货时间，请于原定送货日期及时间最少三个工作天前（不包括星期日及公众假期）通知客服，否则有机会收取额外费用。
10. 如在特殊情况下, 送货员已离开单位, 要求再上门收旧电器, 需额外收费及不能指定时间。
11. 为保障客户，收货时请先验明纸盒包装是否完整再作签收。如送货员已离开后发现，一律不作退/换货。
12. 开箱后建议客人保留纸盒7天，如有问题，以便换货。
13. 因应不同情况收费将有所变动，所有的收费、条款及细则只作参考之用。
