It is a Mat for the Walking Pad Pro which it helps to minimise noise sometimes creates from the Pad. The other usage which i found that it could be use as a Mat for exercises such as sit up but it can't replace the yoga mat.

The walking pad mat is a very good products to protect your floor and also reduce the sound when you run very fast over 8km/h. If you only use 6km/h, this may not help much for sound reduction.

The dedicated floor mat is very practical. I initially thought it was wrong because the product description wrote 1600mm x 820mm, but it was actually 1600mm x 700mm. However, after using it, it was found that the 700mm width is more practical. As shown in the figure, it is closer to the body. The width is easier to store. The floor mat is the same as the treadmill. Secure the treadmill firmly without shifting

The delivery time of the carpets is relatively durable, and they are all thick and heavy. Mainly I think they are protected by the floor and have a lot of protection. The treadmill itself is noisy, and the sound is mainly the sound of stepping, so the carpet seems to be insensitive to the sound reduction. If you help, I don't know if there is any help downstairs.
