風扇底座是固定夾，內側有止滑墊片，可隨需要任意夾於手推車上、車上、桌邊等各處。

軟式安全葉片

扇葉部分為軟質泡棉材質，在轉動時只要觸碰葉片即馬上停止運轉，即使以手觸碰也不會受傷，安全百分百。

360度風向調整

主軸部份為可彎式塑膠，使用時可隨需要調整各種方向及高低位置，風向即可360度自由調整。
