The rice cooker comes with a measuring cup that is worn out. If you contact the customer service, you will send it to me, but I will not be notified afterwards. I have not received a new measuring cup. After using it for several times, the machine often doesn't work. After a few minutes of steaming, I power off myself, and I have used it with the instructions. If the WhatsApp customer service wants to exchange it, there is no reply.
