The products distributed by Power Living Limited provide a seven-day quality assurance service. If the product has quality differences (excluding appearance problems), customers can go to our service center for replacement within 7 days. However, the replacement product must be completely packaged and without any damage and scratches, without filling in the warranty card, and only products of the same model can be replaced, but each product can only be replaced once.
Products distributed by Power Living Limited provide a one-year product warranty (except Sanag Power Bank, and Audioengine). During the warranty period, free labor and parts maintenance services are provided. However, customers must keep the original sales invoice and the warranty sticker on the packaging (which can be taken off and stored), and show it before repair. If there is no original sales invoice and warranty sticker, checking and repair fees will be charged.
