Shipping and Shipping Methods

Delivery Area

Do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
Each order can only be sent to one address. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for different addresses.
We will not provide delivery services for outlying islands (except the airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung) and any restricted areas and areas where goods vehicles are prohibited from entering.

Delivery time and arrangement

Order processing time: within 2-4 days after placing the order, the order cut-off time is 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
Delivery time: Express delivery (5-7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Orders selected for general delivery services will be processed and delivered within 5-7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after payment is successful and confirmed. The actual time depends on the stock.

Item Tracking / Change of Address

After the item is shipped, Pets Thing will provide the tracking number of the item to the customer. If you need to change the address, please contact the express company to make other arrangements. The delivery time may be delayed, and the resulting additional costs must be paid by the customer.
If the customer fails to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact the express company to make arrangements. If the shipment fails to be delivered repeatedly, your order may be cancelled, and Pets Thing will not issue a refund without prior notice.
After placing the order, if there is any change in the delivery address or the selected delivery time period, please contact Pets Thing immediately to make arrangements.
Courier's home delivery service does not include moving the goods to the home. Therefore, if the customer causes damage to the items in the house during the handling, Pets Thing will not be liable and compensated for any loss or damage.

Special Arrangements Affected by Bad Weather

The delivery service will be delayed when a gale signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or in weather conditions that the express company determines is unsafe to carry out the delivery. Pets Thing will contact you to change the delivery date.
In case of any disputes, Pets Thing reserves the right of final decision.

 

Refund Policy
Please do not reject the product when it is sent out. If you have any questions after receiving the product, please take a photo and keep the certificate immediately, and contact the Pets Thing customer service department. If you refuse to accept or fail to pick up after the time limit, the resulting surcharge shall be borne by the customer, please note.

Refund applications for delayed shipments due to the epidemic will not be accepted.

The following situations will not be subject to exchange processing arrangements:
We will not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to inconsistencies in the size of the goods after purchase. It is recommended to ask clearly before buying
Items are found to have been purchased or not as desired after delivery.
The goods are damaged by man.
The item has been opened or used (for example, the wrapping tape or box has been torn off).
The goods are not in good condition, damaged, damaged or incomplete.

Pets Thing is not responsible for damages after delivery.

We will not accept exchanges, returns or refunds after purchase due to inconsistent or unsuitable dimensions.
In order to avoid contact with sexually transmitted diseases, please consider the needs of your own fur child before purchasing, so as to avoid future sales disputes. If your product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a refund is required, Pets Thing will use the customer's current shopping payment method as the relative refund method.
